Apple Dessert Pizza

Hey people! This is my first blog entry! AHHH! Yay! I'm so excited to share my life with you, and I hope you enjoy reading it. For my first post, I'll be telling you how to make apple dessert pizza, like Cici's or Pizza Hut. This recipe is so easy, literally anyone could do it. There is no exact way, but this is exactly how I like it! Enjoy!

First off, gather your ingredients. You will need:

A roll of Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust

1 can of apple pie filling

4 tbsp. Butter, softened

2/3 cups of brown sugar

2/3 cups all-purpose flower

1/2 tbsp cinnamon

    For the icing:

2 cups of powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk

1 tbsp melted butter

First, open your can of dough and spread it evenly over a large pan. (You want your crust to be thin)

Now, pop it into the oven, following the directions on your can, until completely cooked. I had to press my dough with a fork to get it completely flat. You may or may not have to do this. If you do, make sure to leave the edges untouched, so your apples won't go everywhere. Mine was not done in this photo, but I didn't take another, haha.

While that is cooking, open your can of apples and slice them with a knife. Leave them in the can and just move the knife around. It's easier than it sounds. You want them as little as possible, so dice up!

Now spread your sliced apples over your cooked crust, making sure to stay within the edges.
Next, mix together all of your ingredients with a fork until blended. I actually used my hands in the end, it turned out much easier.
Now, spread your mixture over the apples evenly. I just tore off of the ball and flaked it around. Put a few layers on, the more the better!
Next, put into the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cinnamon mixture is a light brown.
While the pie is cooking, mix together your icing ingredients. Slowly add milk 1 tsp at a time after initial 2 tbsp, until icing is your preferred consistency. Do not use over 3 tbsp, 4 at the most.

After the pie is done, drizzle your icing on top and enjoy!

Thank you for reading my first blog post, stay so you can read more in the future! I will not only do cooking, but also sewing, DIY, crafts, adventures, and more!

Love,
